Hailey Heinen

Hailey grew up in Greensboro, GA, where her interest in politics emerged at an early age as she volunteered for several local and state campaigns. She is a 2025 graduate from the College of William & Mary, earning a B.A. in public policy two years ahead of schedule due to her love of learning. In the summer of 2024, she interned at Fundraising Inc., where she thrived in Washington, D.C.’s fast-paced political environment. Hailey serves as an Operations Associate at Fundraising Inc. where she applies her detail-oriented mindset to her passion for politics. Outside of work, Hailey enjoys spending time with her twin sister, family, and friends in addition to cooking, playing piano, and being involved in her church community.
