Halle Downs

Halle Downs helps clients raise more with less friction, running point on numerous accounts at Fundraising Inc since the close of the 2024 cycle. As a Senior Fundraising Associate, she supports PAC and candidate fundraising efforts with an emphasis on outreach, event execution, and strategic communication. With campaign trail experience and a strong foundation in donor relations, Halle brings structure and persistence to every fundraising push. Halle’s life-long passion for government, politics and policy led her to earn a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics, while simultaneously gaining experience while working in the state legislature. Upon graduating from the University of New Mexico, she began building her political repertoire working on staff in the New Mexico Legislature, on numerous campaigns, including federal House and Senate races, and in operations at the New Mexico GOP.
